This was hand built by me using black extral long and strong nipples, Very nice DT Swiss Evolution taper butted spokes, Sun Rims CR18 rim 36 Hole, Lightly used Shimano Deore 9 speed hub which is freshly overhauled, 135mm axle spacing, cassette type.
This is the best you can get ion a 27" rim especially for a commuter bike or touring bike. This rim is very similar in design and manufacturing as the famous Sun Rhyno Lyte original DH rim. Free break in tensioning on all handbuilt wheels.
